The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Joshua G. Vincent has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star for 2020. Based on in-depth, independent interviews conducted by The BTI Consulting Group with top general counsel at companies ranging in size from $700 million in revenue to the largest companies in the world, this list recognizes attorneys who were identified as "delivering the absolute best levels of client service — better than all others."
475 attorneys nationwide were selected as a BTI Client Service All-Star for 2020. In a BTI profile, here is how Vincent described his philosophy of client service:
"Client service is more about your team than it is about yourself, especially with the pivot to remote work. I put my team front and center and always credit them for their ideas, contributions, and successes. That inspires the client’s trust and confidence. It shows you are surrounded by people as good or better than you are, and it keeps your team invested and engaged. I also make sure everyone on my team understands the client’s business. That ensures an approach to problem solving that focuses on practical consequences, not idealistic theories."
