CHICAGO, IL. – Joshua G. Vincent, a Chicago-based Partner in the Appellate Practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP has been named a “BTI Client Service All-Star” by The BTI Consulting Group Inc. The recognition is reserved for lawyers who deliver superior service to clients at Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations.
Those recognized as Client Service All-Stars are identified solely through client feedback. Companies are asked to identify attorneys who deliver superior service in five key areas: client focus, satisfaction, legal skills, the ability to deliver results and thorough business understanding.
Mr. Vincent, a senior member of Hinshaw’s Appellate Practice Group, is one of only 16 Chicago litigators and four Chicago appellate lawyers to be honored as a BTI Client Service All-Star.
Mr. Vincent’s experience includes briefing and arguing 300 appeals, resulting in 160 published decisions. He has appeared 12 times in the Illinois Supreme Court. He has also appeared in the Florida Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Federal Circuits; the New Jersey Appellate Division; the Ohio Appellate Court; and all districts of the Illinois Appellate Court.
Many of Mr. Vincent’s appeals involve professional and products liability, employment discrimination, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, review of administrative agency decisions, criminal justice and labor law. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) and serves on its Pro Bono Initiative Committee.
