Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced that the firm’s Milwaukee office has moved to a premier downtown location at the 25-story BMO Tower, 790 N. Water St. Suite 1950.
BMO Tower was designed by Kahler Slater and features several amenities, including a shared multi-media conference center, a common tenant lounge, and a terrace on the 12th floor. A tenant fitness center is located underground, with private showers and locker rooms. The Tower first opened in September 2020.
The new Hinshaw Milwaukee office meets the firm’s current needs for space and functionality and is part of Hinshaw’s ongoing review of real estate leases.
"This move provides our attorneys and staff with updated facilities and amenities while allowing us to continue to offer our clients superior service in an ideal location," said Tomislav Z. Kuzmanovic, partner-in-charge of the Milwaukee office. "The new office offers collaborative workspace, efficiencies in terms of size and location, and amenities including a café/flex space and wellness room."
Hinshaw occupies 8,739 square feet of space, with 15 perimeter and four interior offices. In addition to the café and wellness room, the new space features two conference rooms and three mail room/copy areas. The office will house 13 attorneys and 14 staff members.
