Hinshaw Partner André Sesler Accepted Into 2022-2023 Class of the Florida Bar Leadership Academy

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Fort Lauderdale and Tampa based partner André Sesler has been accepted as a Fellow in The Florida Bar's Leadership Academy Class of 2022-2023. Each year The Florida Bar selects 30 individuals from a statewide pool of applicants to help "enhance the leadership skills of a diverse and inclusive group of lawyers selected from across the state to help them become effective leaders in the Bar and the legal profession."
The Academy aims to enhance diversity in the legal profession and "to raise the level of awareness and engagement among lawyers regarding issues facing the legal profession through the study of ethical, professional and public service issues." Fellows are selected based on their previous accomplishments and current potential.
As a 2022-2023 Fellow, Sesler will participate in special educational programs aimed at enhancing personal leadership skills and attend Florida Bar networking events.
Sesler is a civil litigation lawyer who focuses his practice on advising insurance companies and their policyholders on coverage and claim-related issues. Sesler's legal career spans over a decade in commercial, business, and insurance matters. He also serves as the Secretary on the Hillsborough County Bar Association Board of Directors. He was included on Florida Super Lawyers' Rising Stars list from 2019-2021 and was selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Insurance Law, 2021 – 2022.
