The Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami is a professional organization focused on setting and maintaining high standards for estate planners in the area. Since 1949, it has aimed to increase public awareness of the importance of estate planning and works collaboratively to better serve the community's needs. The Council provides an active forum for networking with leading practitioners in the field.
Sukienik focuses her practice on guiding individuals and families through the processes of estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts. She employs advanced tax and estate planning strategies to navigate both state and federal requirements. Before joining Hinshaw, Sukienik gained experience as an associate in the Private Client Services division of a major international law firm, where she concentrated on crafting estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families.
