Esther Seitz Appointed to Serve on ARDC Hearing Board

Hinshaw attorney Esther Seitz was recently appointed to serve on the Hearing Board for the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) of the Supreme Court of Illinois, effective March 1, 2018. The ARDC assists the Court in the regulation of the legal profession in Illinois. Seitz will join other members of the Hearing Board—which consists of lawyers and nonlawyers appointed by the Commission—in presiding over the hearings of disciplinary, disability and reinstatement cases.
