David Schultz and Dana Briganti Appointed Attorney State Chairs by ACA International for 2021/2022 Term

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced that Hinshaw attorneys David Schultz and Dana Briganti have been appointed to serve as Attorney State Chairs for the 2021/2022 term by ACA International. Schultz will serve as the Illinois state chair, while Briganti will serve as state chair of the New York State Collectors Association.
Attorney state chairs assist in educating the membership on legislation, regulations, laws, ordinances, and judicial decisions impacting the credit and collection industry within the state. The ACA International Attorney State Chair Program was established to increase engagement and build community between association attorney members at the national and state/regional unit level.
