The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Miami partner Daniel Shatz has been named to Attorney Intel's Top 25 Financial Services and Insurance Attorneys of 2025.

Shatz represents clients in complex business and insurance coverage disputes. He adeptly handles all stages of litigation, including regulatory investigations, mediation, settlement conferences, evidentiary hearings, and trials.
Before joining Hinshaw, Shatz gained extensive litigation experience at local and national law firms, handling a variety of matters such as intellectual property, employment, probate, zoning, and insurance coverage. He has represented clients in individual and class actions across state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
