The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is proud to announce that it has been awarded a perfect score of 100 on the 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and was also named one of the "Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality." This is the twelfth consecutive year the firm has received a 100% rating on the CEI.
"We strongly support an LGBTQ-inclusive workplace," said Firm Chairman Peter Sullivan. "Whether he/him/his, she/her/hers or they/them/their, Hinshaw welcomes and develops talent from every part of the human family. This approach makes us better as a culture and positions us best to meet the legal challenges of today and the future."
The CEI is administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. It is a national benchmarking survey, which evaluates policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the educational arm of America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual transgender and queer people.
