The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partners Ben Raindorf and April Villaverde have been appointed to serve as Co-Partners-in-Charge of Hinshaw's Metropark, New Jersey office. Succeeding partner Schuyler Kraus in the role, the pair will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the office.
A founding partner of the New Jersey office, Raindorf has represented the country’s largest financial services providers in some of the most significant complex commercial litigation cases of the past decade. His experience also includes representing companies and their officers in predatory lending claims, misappropriation, stay violations, and advance receivable litigation. Villaverde joined the firm in 2022, bringing extensive experience in counseling insurers nationwide on complex coverage litigation and risk management. She represents insurance carriers on a broad scope of coverage issues and disputes, including bad faith, general liability, directors and officers, employment practices, commercial property, and environmental and contractual liability. Earlier this year, Villaverde was named a "2023 Client Service All-Star" by BTI Consulting.
