The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Minneapolis attorney Amanda Teske has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors of The Infinity Project.
The Infinity Project is a nonprofit organization with a mission to "increase the gender diversity of the state and federal bench to ensure the quality of justice in the Eighth Circuit." To accomplish this goal, The Infinity Project aims to raise public awareness and inform political decision-makers about the benefits of a diverse judiciary and of the qualified women seeking judicial roles. The organization also works to increase gender diversity among appointees in Eighth Circuit states.
Teske is an employment and business law attorney with extensive experience handling and counseling her clients in employment disputes, contract breaches, and discrimination claims. She is also committed to providing pro bono legal work to the local community, with an emphasis on helping individuals and families seeking asylum in the United States.
Teske was recognized for her legal services by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a 2023 North Star Lawyer for Pro Bono Service, and she was also recently appointed to the nonprofit Daily Work's Board of Directors.
