Sergio E. Acosta, chair of the Government Practice Group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, spoke with Chicago radio station WBEZ for a story titled "Experts: Promotion of Cop With 90 Misconduct Complaints Raises 'Red Flags.'"
