Ronald E. Mallen was quoted by the Daily Journal in an article titled, "A Rare Win in Case of Malicious Prosecution." The article discusses the rarity of bringing a successful malicious prosecution against a lawyer.
Mr. Mallen is identified as having successfully defended 22 malicious prosecution cases in a row and is quoted as saying, "I've talked to lawyers who are threatening to sue my clients. I say, 'Don't. You're going to lose.' And they lose."
