Hinshaw's Ambrose McCall joined the Greg and Dan Show and continued the discussion as to whether employers can mandate vaccines for their workforce.
Speaking to the rights of employers, McCall explored what is legal for both the private and public sectors. His analysis included reference to several COVID-19-related cases, as well as the duties employers have under OSHA. McCall also discussed the rights of employees and underscored the importance of acknowledging the virus' existence and remaining flexible as the pandemic continues. The discussion predates but leads up to, just announced intent to have OSHA issue new rules on the matter.
