Andrew Gordon spoke to Law360 Pulse about his recent appointment to partner-in-charge (PIC) of Hinshaw's newly relocated Fort Lauderdale office. In a story titled "Hinshaw Taps Employment Ace as Fort Lauderdale Leader," Gordon discussed his focus as PIC to make the office a "professional home" for team members and also continue the office's client-focused culture.
Gordon said one area of focus will be on employee recruitment and retention. "My focus is…not necessarily going to be on black-and-white numbers. It's going to be about creating a space here in Fort Lauderdale that people consider their professional home that they're proud of and want to be a part of for years to come."
Gordon continued, "We're going to make that happen by continuing to focus on our clients, our culture and our community. With the move to our new space, a lot of this hard work has been done for us and these are things we are already doing. We focus on our clients, our culture and our community day in and day out, and we're just going to build on that in these next few years to come."
