Hinshaw partner Lauren Campisi was one of four New Orleans attorneys recently featured in a Q&A commemorating the 20th Anniversary Edition of Louisiana Super Lawyers magazine.
Lauren and the other attorneys profiled all began their careers in 2005, and Super Lawyers asked them to reflect on their past two decades of practicing law.
Lauren discussed the experience of beginning her legal career following Hurricane Katrina and how her professional trajectory was reshaped in the aftermath of that storm, ultimately leading her to build a nationally recognized consumer finance practice.
She also shared her perspective about the challenges and rewards of guiding clients through regulatory developments, from the aftermath of the Great Recession, the emergence of the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in the legal industry.
