Hinshaw attorney Renee Mortimer recently sat down with Katie Stancombe of Indiana Lawyer to discuss her priorities as the incoming President of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. In the Q&A, Mortimer emphasized the importance of promoting civility and professionalism in the legal profession, both of which she says are crucial aspects of being a successful defense attorney. She also offered career advice to recent law school graduates, encouraging them to stay strong, work hard and do great work, and reminded hockey fans everywhere that the Chicago Blackhawks (she's a big fan) have now won three Stanley Cups.
