Hinshaw partner Steve Cronig recently published an article in the Miami Herald titled "What businesses need to know about climate risk and resilience." In the article, Cronig discusses some of the key takeaways for businesses regarding climate change and resilience, as addressed by Hinshaw's Third Annual Sea Level Rise and Climate Change Conference held earlier this year.
Cronig notes that globally, all coastal cities are facing threats from extreme weather and sea level rise. He further notes that it is important for businesses to support and join forces with government and academia regarding climate risk.
