David S. Weinstein, a white collar attorney in Hinshaw's Miami office and a former federal prosecutor, appeared on a series of news media outlets to discuss the recent Congressional testimony of former special prosecutor Robert Mueller.
Weinstein suggested that with the lack of any big new bombshell in Mueller's testimony, this was a case of the "movie not being as good as the book." He noted that as a former prosecutor and investigator Mueller is almost certainly more comfortable asking questions rather than answering them. He further noted how difficult it is to digest a 500+ page report into a 30 second soundbite. Instead, Weinstein encouraged Americans to draw their own conclusions about the findings of the Mueller investigation by reading the whole report.
