Annual Meeting on June 7, 2017. The presentation discussed; federal, state, and local LGBTQ workplace legal protections; definitions of LGBTQ terminology; employment scenarios that could lead to claims in the workplace; and best practices for promoting an LGBTQ inclusive work environment.
