Hinshaw attorneys Thomas McGarry, Kate Schnake, and Michael Ruff teamed up to author the "United States" chapter in the Fourth Edition of Law Business Research's The Professional Negligence Law Review, published in August 2021. The book features chapters specific to professional liability law in 14 other countries.
The publication, which is edited by Nick Bird of Hinshaw's U.K. alliance and Global Access Network partner Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC), reviews the fundamental principles of professional negligence law, factors specific to the main professions, recent developments, and issues to look out for in the year ahead. RPC contributed the England and Wales chapter.
