Elizabeth S. Baker, a Miami-based partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, authored the article "Is This Alimony Reform? Bill Addresses Alimony, Child Custody" published by the Daily Business Review on March 30, 2016.
In the article, Ms. Baker examines the Florida legislature's attempt to reform alimony, as the nuclear family of common law days does not represent the majority of families today.
