Edward Lenci Quoted in Law360 Article on Recovering Cleaning and Contamination Costs from MetLife

Edward K. Lenci, a New York-based partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, was quoted in the article, "MetLife May Be On The Hook For Briggs Cleanup," published by Law360 on February 13, 2009.

The article discusses how Ceramicas Industriales SA and Briggs Plumbing Products Inc. have won a partial victory over Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in their bid to recover costs for cleaning contamination at several production facilities around the United States.  Mr. Lenci represented Ceramicas Industriales and comments on the main issue of the case stating "[t]he issue really concerns the failure on their part to document these in the sale purchase agreement."
