Mr. Marshall is a partner in Hinshaw's Peoria, Illinois office where he focuses his practice in hospital and healthcare law, and employment law. Much of his work involves service as general counsel and special counsel to a number of hospitals and other healthcare providers in Illinois. Mr. Marshall advises these clients on antitrust, corporate compliance programs, defense of Office of Inspector General (OIG) investigations, formation of alternative delivery systems, joint ventures with physicians and other organizations, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, medical staff bylaws and disputes, employment law, physician recruitment and contractual matters, bio-medical-legal concerns and contracts.
Mr. Bossen is a partner in Hinshaw's Chicago office where he concentrates his practice in corporate health care. He has represented numerous hospitals and physician groups in corporate and regulatory matters. Mr. Bossen has extensive experience in compliance counseling, structuring and implementing joint ventures, physician contracting and compensation, establishing and representing medical practices and the acquisition and sale of medical practices. Mr. Bossen also has significant experience in regulatory, tax exemption and accreditation counseling. He is regularly involved in drafting and reviewing medical staff bylaws, corporate bylaws, managed care contracts, and medical legal policies and procedures.
