Hinshaw partner and former federal prosecutor David S. Weinstein is quoted in Darren Samuelsohn's Politico report on the 3-year jail sentence handed down today to longtime Donald Trump lawyer Michael Cohen. Cohen had previously pled guilty to a series of tax fraud and lying charges.
Weinstein called the sentence "fair and reasonable" that "sends a message" to others who consider committing similar crimes.
