"Apparent 'frivolous' suits can prove costly to companies"
Hinshaw Labor & Employment partner Cheryl Wilke wrote an article published in the Daily Business Review. In it, she highlights several seemingly frivolous lawsuits claiming violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) in which the employers were held liable for asserted overtime and regular wages.
