Hinshaw's Andrew Gordon was a guest on CBS4 Miami in which he addressed the issue of employers mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for employees. According to Gordon, some businesses will likely impose such a mandate, but this decision will also depend on what kind of business they are. While some may deem a mandatory vaccination policy necessary, others—such as companies who have a majority of their workforce working from home—may not. Gordon, who also spoke to the issue in a recent Miami Herald byline, went on to explain that employers should consider whether mandating a vaccine is practical from a business standpoint before making any definitive requirements.
"Possibility of Employer-Mandated COVID Vaccines on the Forefront of Workers' Minds," originally aired on CBS4 Miami on December 14, 2020.
