Hinshaw partner Ambrose McCall appeared on the Greg and Dan Show to discuss Section 230, a provision in the Communications Decency Act of 1996, and how it applies to political content on social media platforms. McCall explains that Section 230 grants social media platforms immunity from claims related to the content posted on their platforms. Later in the show, he tackles the issue of editorializing these platforms, namely Facebook.
