The article discusses reactions to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Williams-Yulee v. The Florida Bar, a case regarding direct solicitation by judicial candidates. The case is nationally significant because 39 states have judicial elections and 30 of those have a contribution restriction similar to Florida’s.
