Adam R. Vaught, Chicago associate at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, was quoted in a June 1, 2015 article "Reactions to the USSC's Yulee Decision," in the Florida Bar News. The article discusses reactions to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Williams-Yulee v. The Florida Bar, a case regarding direct solicitation by judicial candidates. The case is nationally significant because 39 states have judicial elections and 30 of those have a contribution restriction similar to Florida’s.
