A Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) blog post reporting on a Berkley Select panel presentation featuring Hinshaw partner Matthew Henderson was the most-read PLUS Blog post of 2023.
Henderson's panel on "Lawyers Professional Liability Claims" highlighted five key takeaways, including some of the most frequent professional liability claims today, social engineering schemes targeting law firms, and the risks of using artificial intelligence in legal practice.
"Reviewing 2023: Highlighted PLUS Content of the Year" was published by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) on December 29, 2023.
The PLUS is a nonprofit organization with membership open to persons interested in the promotion and development of the professional liability industry. Membership consists of more than 35,000 individuals representing over 1,000 companies active in the many fields of professional liability.
