Todd Young to Co-Present at Illinois ESOP Association Conference in Champaign, IL

Todd M. Young, a Chicago-based partner and member of the Management Committee at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be co-presenting at the Illinois Chapter of the ESOP Association Conference in Champaign, IL on March 10, 2016. 

Mr. Young will co-presenting, with Regina Carls of JPMorgan Chase and Julie Govreau of Drinker Biddle, the program "ESOP Jeopardy - We Supply the Questions for Your Nagging ESOP Answers." This interactive program, based on the game show Jeopardy, will cover topics such as basic ESOP mechanics, rights and obligations of ESOP companies and participants and some of the basic deadlines and trigger events in the life of an ESOP. Audience members will be invited to volunteer to provide questions to the answers and compete for prizes.
