This session provides an overview of multiple issues that are on the minds of community bankers. Topics covered in this session include Operation Choke Point, marijuana in Illinois and nationally, third-party vendors, data breaches, director liability, disparate impact, the capital conservation buffer, FDIC guidance for S-Corps, the AOCI election, BHC capital issues, Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), new lines of business, OFCCP, flood insurance, BSA/AML, and the CFPB.
