Team of Hinshaw Attorneys to Present at the IASPA Fifteenth Annual Conference

Hinshaw partners Laura Knittle, Aimee Delaney, and Vincent Rizzo are scheduled to speak at the Illinois Association of School Personnel Administrators (IASPA) Fifteenth Annual Conference. The in-person event takes place on January 20-21, 2022 at the Double Tree by Hilton in Lisle, Illinois.

On January 21, 2022, Knittle, Delaney and Rizzo will co-present two panels: "Legal Hot Topics" and “Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees.” The second program will focus on practical guidance on LGBTQ+ workplace issues, including
discussion of the impact of the US Supreme Court decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, Zarda
and President Biden's executive order on workplace discrimination. The program will also (1)
foster and integrate an inclusive workplace through LGBTQ awareness and best practices; and
(2) facilitate compliance with both national and ever-increasing state specific regulatory
compliance requirements.
