Steve Puiszis to Discuss GDPR and Data Privacy Laws at ABA TECHSHOW

Hinshaw partner Steve Puiszis—who also serves as the firm's General Counsel Privacy, Security and Compliance—will co-present "Trending: GDPR and Data Privacy Laws?" on February 28, 2019 at the American Bar Association ABA TECHSHOW in Chicago. Puiszis, who recently authored a comprehensive overview of the GDPR in the Journal of the Professional Lawyer, will join Judy Selby of Judy Selby Consulting LLC to address what law firms and their clients need to know about GDPR. They will also examine what U.S. law firms should be doing as California and other states seek to give consumers more control of their privacy and data usage.
