Stephen Malato to Speak at a Panel Discussing the Chicago Real Estate Market

Stephen H. Malato, a Chicago-based partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be speaking at the panel "Chicago Real Estate Now" hosted by the Chicago-Kent College of Law on March 31, 2016, at 5:30pm.
The panel will will focus on recent trends in the real estate market and the resulting legal effects for attorneys working in commercial real estate and related areas. The discussion will also focus on the increase in foreign investment in the Chicago market, recent legal transformations stemming from the recession, and consequences for future development. Additional panel members include other industry experts from Chicago Title, Tishman Speyer, and Tucker Development.
Stephen H. Malato practices in the area of real estate law, with extensive experience in project development, commercial lending, construction litigation, corporate organization and governance, and contracts and environmental compliance.
