Hinshaw partners Roy Bossen and Stephen Moore are scheduled to participate in four separate presentations during the 2023 Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network's (ICAHN) Annual Conference on November 29, 2023, in Champaign, Illinois. Bossen will present on establishing compliance systems for compensation and, in addition, an overview on billing guidance, while Moore will present on a Board's duty of loyalty and conflict of interest and the responsibilities, roles, and duties of the Board, CEO, and staff.
Hinshaw is proud to be a sponsor of the conference as it provides a forum for hospital executives, senior leaders, interested staff, vendors, and board members from ICAHN member hospitals and other rural health facilities to hear nationally recognized speakers share innovative ideas and practices that can be implemented in respective hospitals.
