Ronald Kammer and Pedro Hernandez to Present at "Insurance in the Construction Industry" Seminar

Hinshaw attorneys Ronald Kammer and Pedro Hernandez will both present at the 2nd Annual Insurance in the Construction Industry seminar, scheduled on August 16 – 17, 2018 in Miami. This year's seminar will address the ethical considerations associated with choosing counsel and coverage issues with respect to CGL, Builder's Risk, OCIP and Subguard Policies, as well as, Additional Insured endorsements and effective mediation strategies.
On August 16, Kammer's presentation titled "OCIPs, CCIPs, WRAPs, Subguard, and Non-Traditional Insurance," will provide attendees with the tools to understand the scope and complexity of these types of insurance policies. On the second day of the conference, Hernandez will present regarding unique issues confronting insurers regarding the "Duty to Defend" in construction defect cases.
