Robert J. Finley to Present at the RISE! Medicare Secondary Payer Master Class

Hinshaw partner Robert J. Finley will present at the 4th Annual RISE! Medicare Secondary Payer Master Class titled "The Essential Guide to the Latest Developments in Mandatory Insurer Reporting, Conditional Payments, Medicare Set-Asides and Medicaid Secondary Payer," February 26 – 27, 2019 in Miami. The comprehensive event is designed for mid to senior level management professionals responsible for Medicare Secondary Payer compliance in risk management, finance, enforcement, and legal roles.
The first of his two presentations is titled "Medicare Advantage Plan Update – Trends and Case Law." In this session, Finley, along with Humana's Brian Bargender, will provide a comprehensive examination of the latest MSP developments concerning MAPs. In the other presentation, titled "Advantages and Disadvantages of Professional Administration," Rafael Gonzalez, President at Optum Settlement Solutions, and Finley will evaluate how an MSA should be paid and discuss the optimal structure for administering the funds.
