Robert Finley to Present at Third Annual Medicare Secondary Payer Master Class

Hinshaw's Chicago-based Robert Finley will present at the Third Annual Medicare Secondary Payer Master Class sponsored by Healthcare Education Associates on February 12 – 13, 2018 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Finley will give a total of three presentations at the event. His first presentation titled "Medicaid Third Party Liability Liens Basics," will be on Monday, February 12 at 9:15 a.m. Central. Finley will then present "Medicaid Update: Review of State Laws," on Tuesday, February 13 at 9:15 a.m. Central, which will cover third party liability liens for the states of California, Texas and Florida. At 10:30 a.m. Central, he will co-present "Medicaid Update: Federal and State Case Law."
