Hinshaw partner Mitchel Chargo will speak in several sessions at the upcoming Flourish Investment Forum, scheduled to take place on May 12-13.

On May 12, Mitch and Sellano Simmons, Principal of The Law Firm of Sellano L. Simmons, PLLC, will host a fireside chat and share insights into the current state of Minnesota’s cannabis industry. Later that day, Mitch will also co-present with Rob Pero, founder and CEO of the Indigenous Cannabis Industry Association Inc, in a session titled “Sovereign Ground: Tribal Cannabis, Federal Law & the Unique Legal Landscape of Operating On and Off the Reservation.”
