Hinshaw's Ken Yeadon, Mollie Kugler, and Robert Wagner will present at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Midwest Zone Continuing Legal Education (CLE) event June 12 – 14, 2018 in Chicago. The year's event will provide NAIC members in attendance from the 13 states of the Midwest Zone with industry-related updates and insights.
Their panel titled "General Counsel's Office: Legal Oversight of Business Operations" will take place on Wednesday, June 13. It will provide attendees with practical advice and best practices for navigating issues facing general counsel, including those relating to attorney/client relationships, FOIA, confidentiality, and departmental investigations.
