Herrera Paez, an adjunct professor in the University of Miami School of Law's Transactional Skills Program, will co-present "Core Contracts Every Business Lawyer Must Master" at the school's Essentials of Transactional Practice Bootcamp on September 5, 2025, in Miami, Florida.
