Hinshaw's Joanna Storey will give a presentation titled "What Not to Do – Ethics Lessons Learned from Fictional Attorneys" on August 28, 2021. The interactive program—to be given at the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada's (ADCNC&N's) Summer Session 2021—will include examples of fictional attorneys handling thorny ethics issues, and an analysis of how the lawyers got it wrong (or right) according to the California Rules of Professional Conduct.
