Hinshaw lawyer Joanna Storey will participate in a panel discussion titled "Legal Ethics in a Remote World," hosted by the California Lawyers Association on December 16, 2020. The panel will discuss legal ethics as applied to remote representation, including duties of diligence and competence, matters to consider when advising clients and protecting their interests, ways to keep clients adequately informed and their confidences secure, and the impact of obligations to the court, opposing counsel, and unrepresented parties.
