Jim Harbert to Present at ABA Joint Committee Program on ERISA

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner James Harbert will be speaking at The 27th Annual National Institute on ERISA Basics, a CLE program produced by the ABA Joint Committee on Employee Benefits. The program will take place at the American Bar Association in Chicago from October 16 through October 18, 2013. Mr. Harbert's session is titled "Practitioner's Guide to Government Compliance Issues."

For practitioners who address issues related to employee benefit plans, this 2 1/2-day National Institute will provide an opportunity to hear from the ERISA experts. Designed for in-house and union counsel, benefits specialists, private practitioners, litigators, consultants, and accountants, the focus is on comprehensive ERISA matters.
