Hinshaw's Paulette Sarp to Discuss CGL Coverage Issues at Minnesota Claim Managers' Association Meeting

Hinshaw's Paulette Sarp will present "A Medley of CGL Coverage Issues – Common Exclusions, Additional Insured Coverage, Reservation of Rights Letters, and More!" on March 6, 2019 at the Minnesota Claim Managers' Association (MCMA) monthly meeting. As part of her presentation, Sarp will discuss recent case law, focusing in particular on cases impacting commercial general liability adjusters.
