San Francisco-based partner Maria Quintero will serve as a panelist at the 2019 CLM Construction Conference on September 26, 2019 in San Diego. In their session titled "Hawaii – Paradise Lost? A Road Map to Handling Hawaii CD and Construction Litigation," Quintero and her fellow panelists will examine the construction trends in Hawaii that are contributing to the uptick in defect litigation. Topics of discussion will include disputes involving high-rise condominium complexes in Honolulu and how courts in Hawaii handle complex construction cases.
