Hinshaw's Maria Quintero to Discuss Upward Trend of Construction Defect Litigation

San Francisco-based partner Maria Quintero will serve as a panelist at the 2019 CLM Construction Conference on September 26, 2019 in San Diego. In their session titled "Hawaii – Paradise Lost? A Road Map to Handling Hawaii CD and Construction Litigation," Quintero and her fellow panelists will examine the construction trends in Hawaii that are contributing to the uptick in defect litigation.
