Hinshaw's Jane Schlicht to Moderate Seminar on Drafting Complex Commercial Contracts

Milwaukee-based partner Jane Schlicht will moderate a CLE seminar titled "Complex Commercial Contracts: The Legal Principles You Need to Know for Effective Drafting," on Thursday, January 10, 2019. Schlicht will also serve as the Program Chair for the event. The seminar will take place at the State Bar of Wisconsin Center in Madison and will also be accessible as a webinar. Topics for the program include partnership agreements, licensing of intellectual property, business associate agreements and government contracts.
