Hinshaw attorneys Cassidy Chivers, Spencer Kook, and Joanna Storey will present a series of educational programs at the 30th Annual Western Region General Counsel Conference to be held July 24 – 26, 2019 in Hollywood. The annual conference, of which Hinshaw is a sponsor, is the premiere education event for the insurance industry. General Counsels, corporate attorneys, and other legal and government relations professionals are encouraged to attend.

Kook will serve as a panelist for "Is California Catastrophe Regulation Leading to a Homeowners Rate Crisis?" on Thursday, July 25, from 3:15 – 4:10 PM Pacific. Following that panel, he will join other practitioners for a presentation titled, "California Rating: News Flashes and New Issues." Meanwhile, Chivers and Storey will co-present "Managing Ethical Obligations and Risks in the Representation of Corporate Entities," on Friday, July 26 from 10:45 – 11:40 AM.
