Hinshaw and LeadingAge Illinois to Present the Illinois Home Care Services Bootcamp
Event
Nov 7, 2018
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and LeadingAge Illinois will partner to present a workshop on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Hinshaw's Chicago office for Illinois Home Care Services owners, operators, directors and managers. Titled "Illinois Home Care Services Bootcamp," the workshop is designed to give Home Care Services operators and managers at all phases of their career a deep dive into the Illinois Home Care Licensure program.
The workshop will also cover the latest updates from the U.S. Department of Labor regarding compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations. Hinshaw partners David Alfini, Aimee Delaney and Adam Guetzow will also review the most common operational challenges that have led to significant liability. The event will conclude with "Advice on Tap"—an informal opportunity for attendees to pose questions to Hinshaw attorneys.
